Returns & Exchanges
At Pauw, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned pieces must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Pauw account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form to ensure your refund is processed without delay.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; your refund will be issued to the original payment method once our atelier inspects the items.
